"Pretium Anderson (PA) has recently completed a pavement rehabilitation project with 5 Star Paving Ltd. at a condominium site in Fergus.  The work consisted of replacement of the asphalt pavement and localized granular base repairs at the roadways and parking areas. 

5 Star Paving provided a competitive price and schedule during the bidding process that was selected by the Condominium Board.  They complied with the project requirements during construction and completed the work as scheduled, even with some days lost due to rain.  There were several unexpected conditions encountered during construction and the additional costs provided were fair and reasonable.
